time” during the scanning process by trained technician to insure the best image

| Perform post processing In this phase powerful
software deskew (straightens) and despeckle (removes noise) the electronic images. If
necessary, page rotation and the elimination of blank pages are accomplished here. |

the conversion progresses electronic images will be written to CD-ROM. These CD’s
make up your new electronic documents. We provide two sets at no additional charge. (Store
one set off-site in a secure location and have a safe disaster recovery plan in place)

Custom printed CD TADIS designs and
prints each CD with your name, volume number. Each CD is placed a Jewel Case for added
protection.

Delivery of CD-ROM’s. Completed CDs
will be sent via certified mail to insure prompt and trouble free delivery.
