Intuitive User Interface

DataFlow's graphical interface is easy to use? enable or disable jobs, view all available project names and client names, observe project status markers such as time, date and results of last run, identify the working file directory, and view the output directory ?all from one screen. A color-coded results list denotes the status of your last run.

Roll-Back Capabilities

DataFlow allows you to remove specific job runs from a data group. Roll-back capabilities are useful when a file is processed into the wrong data group, when an error occurs while processing, or when a file is accidentally processed more than once.

Auto-Processing

DataFlow performs "lights-out" processing...even FTP files can be processed by simply directing the software to your working directory.

Speed

DataFlow processes up to 1Gigabyte (GB) of ASCII text stream per hour.

Security Set-Up
Security administration controls confidentiality of information through PaperVision. Create security accounts manually or import text files to facilitate batch loading of users and passwords, eliminating repetitive creation of security accounts.

Project-Level Security
Administrators control user/group level access as well as functionality (view, manipulate, print, fax, export, and e-mail documents) of individuals and groups of users within projects.

Document-Level Security

Administrators have fine-grained control over access to individual documents or groups of documents. Documents can contain an unlimited number of security restrictions.

System Logs
DATAFLOW creates extensive logs to track system activity that occurs during processing. Although competing systems display errors that cause a "lights out" system to stop processing until an operator intervenes, DATAFLOW logs the error(s) and moves on to the next process. System log files report failed and successfully processed jobs, begin and end times, and all files that were processed with file sizes.

Forms Overlay
Custom forms overlay allows you to view and print textual information as though it were printed on the original document. Customize your forms overlay images to set the position of the overlay image relative to the text.
