Document Processing
OCRFlow allows you to process all documents that have not already been converted or
perform exacting searches to process only those specific documents in the data group.
Quality Control (QC)
QC options include a split screen layout that displays the original scanned image, as well
as the recognized text, Show/Hide non-printing characters, ability to select text display
mode, and ability to undo changes to text. Our QC process allows zones to be added,
removed and altered to define as text, graphics, or tables in a fine-tuned manner
producing optimal results of your converted images.
Operator Efficiency
Suspect words are highlighted for easy correction; an enlarged snippet of the suspect word
is displayed for greater operator efficiency. Optionally the operator can elect to have
the movement of their curser synchronized between the image display and the converted text
display.
Hotkeys
Hotkeys provide operator efficiency for Save, Re-recognize, Undo, Redo, and Delete Active
Zone.
Export
Export converted data back to PaperFlow's data group for full-text retrieval in
PaperVision or optionally export documents to a specified location in one of 39 supported
formats.
Data Handling
Customizable options for table handling, graphics handling, text formatting, page size,
and page orientation during export.
