Automated QC features greatly increase accuracy and productivity, and are saved on a per
Customer/Project level. Automated QC performs functions such as tagging an empty document
for viewing in PAPERFLOW, image file size verification, and image location verification,
to name a few.
Index QC operations perform a user-defined function on specified fields across all
documents within a project. Operators can perform index field value quality control, and
users can search for and display lists of documents. Index QC functions perform index
field verification, numeric sequence verification, insert/remove leading zeros, strip
leading/trailing characters, and search and replace.
Manual QC operations allow users to move between documents and pages, and manipulate
documents and pages, as well as tag items for cleanup within PAPERFLOW. Manual operations
can be performed in either full-page or thumbnail mode. Manual Image QC functions include
full-page/thumbnail image viewing, rotation, deletion, document break insertion/removal,
page/document tags, and moving pages.
