The first step of an
installation should be a site inspection by TADIS trained technician to determine proper
equipment placement and to identify any network connectivity problems. Hardware
installation itself usually consists of unpacking, connecting, and setting up all
components, as well as installing the necessary operating systems and drivers. It also
includes the testing of equipment to ensure proper hardware functionality and network
connectivity.
After hardware
testing is complete, software installation consists of installing the document imaging
software on the imaging server and the necessary workstations. TADIS technician then complete
testing it to ensure operability.
Once
it is determined that the system is completely functional TADIS technicians conduct an
overview with your personnel.
